Who am I?

I am Mitch Brandt, an Engineer with a Business degree, and a part time property investor. I have learned the simple secrets of CashPlus property investments in a joyful but challenging way, and fine-tuned them over many years OF REAL LIFE PROPERTY INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE into a passionate turnkey method to create wealth.

Many experienced and novice buy-to-let property investors begged me to teach them the secrets of Cash positive property investments.
