e-Book feedback
From the articles I have already "studied" that you wrote, I must say it was some of the more, if not most, concise and clear literature on the subject. I've tried reading so many of the wafflings of other writers, getting lost in the jungle of online marketing tact or incoherent dialog, but your writing is clear, educational and attractive - my notebook pages actually get's full after an article!
Having just started my property investment journey with the education part thereof, my success story is not yet ready. Having read your articles, however, and convinced to get your course next, I believe I will be able to share my success story sooner, rather than later.

Dear Mitch,
Thank you soooo much for sharing your knowledge. I have finished your course in a very short time and you have taught me how to really determine the value of a property. For the last 3 months I have been fighting the banks to obtain a worth-while bond for a R592 000 property that I bought on auction for R315 000 (+ arrear levies of R33 000. I have now obtained a bond for R512 000 and I am retiling and painting for R20 000 all paid for by the bank.

But that would have been selfish and will just be the opposite of what you want to attain (i.e. providing part time property investors like myself with the necessary skill and tools to be extremely successful passive income generators)."
